The SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract provides access to Engineering, Technical, & Programmatic Support Services as required by the Navy Virtual Systems Command, its related Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and field affiliates. These support services cover all phases of ship and weapon system life cycle - technology development, concept exploration, design, specification development, construction/production, test and evaluation, certification, operation, maintenance, improvement/modernization, overhaul and refueling, salvage and disposal.

Ardent Eagle Solutions (AES) is an emerging Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) founded with the specific intent of providing the highest quality technical services to the Department of Defense (DoD) and other Government Agencies. Our company’s focus is in the Information Technology, Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I), and Public Safety (Mass Notification and Electronic Security Systems) areas. A demonstrated AES strength is the ability to rapidly locate, recruit, hire, and manage fully qualified and cleared staff (through use of a commercial staffing model that the company leadership successfully tailored and used in the DoD space).
COMMIT Enterprise, Inc is a Certified Veteran-Owned Small Business (CVOSB); CommIT that has significant current and past performance supporting DoD Major Automated Information System (MAIS) and Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs) programs. Currently, CommIT provides critical Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support to the U.S. Marine Corps, Global Combat Support Services (GCSS-MC) an ACAT 1 MAIS MDAP and has supported eight separate ACAT programs over the past ten years. Quality Assurance
OTD Solutions and Services LLC quality assurance program includes the established and proven processes and procedures necessary to implement and maintain quality throughout the project’s life-cycle. Senior management has overall responsibility for establishing the policies and objectives for our Quality Assurance Program and assuring that all personnel understand and implement appropriate quality program standards in their work. Our processes and procedures are developed to meet the requirements and practices embodied in ISO 9001, ISO 20000, CMMI and PMBOK®. These processes and procedures establish the expectations for all personnel both internal to OTD Solutions and Services LLC and for our sub-contractors.
The basic quality control processes employed during solution realization or service delivery include peer review and checks and validations of documentation, calculations, and analyses, as well as solution testing and inspection where appropriate. We review for clarity, completeness, compliance with regulations and with our customers’ requirnements. Quality objectives and where required processes and procedures are flowed down to our subcontractors. Their submittals are reviewed for overall quality and consistency with the project’s technical approaches and requirements.
Program managers are responsible for implementing the required quality programs and thus for the overall quality of their projects. Working directly with senior staff to provide quality throughout the program, our program manager will be responsible to the client for the successful delivery of solutions, services and deliverables required by every task order. Although this responsibility cannot be delegated, the expertise and experience of our company’s entire staff is used to assure delivery of quality projects.
